The Fortitude Project began as a college reportage series but soon became the foundations of an eruption of expression.

A Personal project the roots of which start over 20 years ago with a teenage child abuse survivor who experiences a series of events throughout her life while trying to find herself and raise a family.

Hoping that her experiences are enough to protect her children from suffering as she did.

Only to discover that the small corner of the world and those in it were not that safe haven for her family that she had begun to rely on. Behind the security blanket of "Family stick together" cruelty hid. So began the two fold story that became the foundations of the Fortitude Project!
