As a survivor of CSA who's battled many life changing often traumatic events, I don't believe in my own strength, my own accomplishments or my own ability to survive, thrive and provide.
I do believe in doing the right thing, in treating those the way you want to be treated, in learning from mistakes, in Truth, Love, Kowledge and Spirit!
My belief in myself and courage to fight has come from the faith and encouragement of beautiful people around me who balanced out the toxic relationships and people who played a part in creating or maintaining my self doubt and lack of self worth.
I've experienced Victim Stigma which has only fortified my self doubt.
But we escaped our toxic reality, slowly through raising awareness & helping others I found my Fortitude!
